What to send us

The more you send, the faster we can quote

None of it is compulsory — send what you have and we will come back with what is missing. If you already know the item code, that alone is enough to start.

For a project

—Drawings, or simply the room sizes and ceiling height
—How the fittings mount: recessed, surface, track, suspended or exterior
—Quantity per type, and the finish or RAL colour
—Colour temperature and beam angle if the design calls for them
—The date the fittings are needed on site

For technical support

—Product name or item code, e.g. LP-SL181303
—What you need: photometric file, data sheet, declaration or drawing
—The software you are working in, such as DIALux or Relux
—Where the fitting is going, indoors or outdoors, and the IP you need

For a trade account

—Company name, and company or VAT number
—Delivery address and the person to invoice
—The categories you expect to buy
—Roughly how much you expect to order in a year
